Classic Saturday baking itch… I was inspired by an instagram image to bake my first paleo cake. While looking on http://www.paleogrubs.com for the chocolate cake recipe, I was distracted by the Lemon Blueberry Cake. So I made that instead. It turned out pretty well for the 1st try!
